Protecting Your Heath - For your protection, we maintain the most up-to-date methods of sterilization and infection control. If you have any questions regarding sterilization techniques, please do not hesitate to ask. Insurance Information - Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental treatment. Most plans include co-payments, deductibles and other expenses which we will ask you to pay at the time of your visit. Please familiarize yourself with your coverage and restrictions as stated in your policy manual from your insurance carrier. Of course, we are always happy to assist you with questions regarding your coverage. Please remember to bring your benefit booklet and insurance card. If your employer provides you with a dental claim form, be sure to bring that also. Office Hours - Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 12:30 (closed for lunch) 1:45 - 5:00 Emergency Care - If an emergency arises while the office is closed, please call and leave your name on the answering machine at (989) 790-3357. Dr. Sonntag monitors the machine and will return your call. A telephone number may be available for you to call during these after hours emergencies. If an emergency arises while the office is open, please call the office as early in the day as possible. We reserve special times for those patients with emergency needs. Don't Forget To Check in - Please make sure when you arrive for your appointment to let us know you're here! Appointments - We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We appreciate 24 hours notice if an appointment must be changed. Our front office staff of Tammy, Nancy, or Whitney will be happy to assist you with scheduling. In Closing - The highest quality of care is our commitment to you.
